Vehicle Graphics by cipher

Catch us if you can at the Tour de France

Look out for the Fuchs Silkolene van over the weekend at the Tour.

As you may all ready know we love cycling at shellscheme.net as does our sister company Cipher Graphics (in Stoke). We recently wrapped Silkolene’s new van with their latest cycling branding. Printed on 3M’ s IJ 180 wrapping film on an HP Latex printer, the results are absolutely stunning. Cipher has been producing exhibition and display graphics for Fuchs for a number of years and the move into vehicle graphics is a natural extension of the business.

“We can see that the demand for vehicle wraps is growing but we’ve always had the opinion that if we can’t do something properly, we’d rather not do it at all,” says director Jon Sherwood.

“We purchased the HP printer and the 3M films from William Smith. With their help and advice, and using an experienced fitting team, we decided that we could enter this market with confidence. The number of vehicle graphics done badly is quite staggering. I’ve seen countless examples of the graphics popping out of recesses where either the wrong film has been used or the graphics have been poorly fitted. We use the correct product for the job at all times. We can’t afford a shoddy job as not only does it reflect badly on our client, it reflects badly on us.”
